Brides’ bouquets

Brides’ bouquets are handcrafted exclusively by the Producer. The products shown on the website are example bouquets for illustrational and inspirational purposes. The final product may differ insignificantly from the one published on the website. The content and description of the final product are the result of negotiations and subject to approval by the Buyer and confirmation by the Producer.

Bouquets for the Bride’s family and friends

The Producer offers the bouquets and other flowers for the Bride’s family and friends and the guests of the wedding. The quantity, content and description of the final products are the result of negotiations and subject to approval by the Buyer and confirmation by the Producer.

Flower accessories

Flower accessories are handcrafted exclusively by the Producer and include bracelets, hairpieces (diadems, hairpins etc.), buttonhole flowers and similar items made primarily of cut flowers. The products shown on the website are example flower accessories. The final product may differ insignificantly from the one published on the website. The content and description of the final product are the result of negotiations and subject to approval by the Buyer and confirmation by the Producer.

Buyer

Any physical person or a corporate/organization who buys a Product or a group of Products.

Place of Sale

Place of Sale is Prague, Czech Republic. Local trade regulations apply.

Privacy Policy

The Producer handles all customer information as confidential. The delivery details must be correctly completed to ensure on-time delivery. The Producer does not provide customer information to third parties without the customer’s explicit consent.

Contract

Time and date of the Contract is the moment of the deposit payment as described below. The Contract terms are individual for every Product and/or transaction and are described individually and specifically in the correspondence between the Buyer and the Producer.

Delivery times and Guarantees

General

Producer delivers her products only in Prague, Czech Republic. The delivery charge is 250 CZK and may be subject to volume or next-door discounts upon the discretion of the Producer. The delivery charge is paid by the Buyer. Buyer bears all the responsibility for the correct delivery details. Producer guarantees the delivery within 3-hour time frame agreed upon with the customer. All alterations to the place and time of the delivery should be made at least 12 hours prior to the start of the time frame.

Same Day Delivery

Same-day deliveries are possible upon agreement and require unequivocal written confirmation by the Producer by email irina@brides-bouquet.eu, WhatsApp or SMS message on +420607817716.

Sundays and Public Holidays

Sundays and Public Holidays deliveries are possible upon agreement and require unequivocal written confirmation by the Producer by email irina@brides-bouquet.eu, WhatsApp or SMS message on +420607817716.

Third-Party Delivery

Third-party delivery organized by the Producer: Producer may deliver Products by the third party at her discretion and bears the responsibility for the Product quality till the moment of the delivery to the Buyer as well as the timely delivery within the specified time frame. There are no geographic limitations for the third-party deliveries. Buyer pays the delivery charge agreed with the third party.

Third-party delivery organized by the Buyer: Buyer bears all the responsibility for the Product from the moment of the handover of the Product from the Producer to the third-party carrier. Buyer bears all the responsibilities for timely delivery.

Security Deposit

Buyer pays the security deposit, normally 50% of the total price of the Product or the group of Products, no later than 7 (seven) working days prior to the delivery date. In certain circumstances like the last-minute order the security deposit might be paid at any time with the unequivocal consent of the Producer.

Final Payment

Final payment is due no later than at the moment of the delivery by the Producer, by the third party hired by the Producer or handing over the Product to the third-party delivery service hired by the Buyer. Buyer has the right for the final payment anytime prior to the events described above.

The Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal for Buyers

Buyers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal

Fresh flowers needed to produce a Product for the Buyer are perishable goods and are purchased specifically for this Buyer and will not be used for other contracts. Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time without giving a reason. Withdrawal more than 7 working days – full safety deposit is returned if paid.

Withdrawal 7 or less working days – safety deposit is returned less the current wholesale price of the flowers bought for the production of the Product and the administrative charge of 1000 (one thousand) CZK.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the Buyer sends notification of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period.

The right of withdrawal by the Producer

Producer has the right to withdraw from the contract if the Buyer does not pay the Safety Deposit in full and on time. Producer has the right to withdraw after the Safety Deposit payment is done in case the Buyer unilaterally changes the specifications of the Product without Producer’s consent. Withdrawal rules apply.

Payment and Security

Buyers have several payment options: bank transfer, debit or credit card payment through push-payment links, Revolut payments, PayPal payments.

Preferred means of payments:

Buyers from the Czech Republic: bank transfer to my Trader’s bank account number 303771267/0300, Ceskoslovenska Obchodni Banka, a.s.

Buyers from the EU and Overseas: card payments through push-payments links.

Order confirmation

After a security deposit or full price payment is completed, the Producer sends the Buyer an order confirmation to the given e-mail address and/or WhatsApp/SMS number.

Fraudulent orders

All acts of deception and fraudulent orders will be reported to and handled by the local police.

Download and Distribution of Content

Producer’s content, including images, are protected by copyright laws. All images on the website are owned by the Producer, and any commercial use or display of images and plagiarism of text, without our approval, is strictly forbidden. If you wish to use the Producer’s images and/or text, please contact us.

Refund policy

Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the Producer, if Products are damaged or faulty. Because of the perishable nature of Products Buyers are advised to make any complaint within 24 hours of the delivery of Products in question.

Producer guarantees freshness for flowers or associated items 24 hours from the moment of the delivery according to perishable goods regulations. If any flowers arrive damaged, die or wilt within 24 hours of delivery Buyer should take a digital photograph of them and send it to Producer by email irina@brides-bouquet.eu.

Return policy

Flowers as perishable goods are not subject to return unless broken, damaged or faulty. If the Buyer’s complaint is approved, Producer will return the price of the Product in exchange for the Products. Producer may waive the right to collect the Product back at her discretion.

VAT and Taxation Rules

Buyers will be asked to pay the security deposit and the final settlement for the product with the VAT and all the taxes included, the price stated is final.
